Gwido has been a pleasure to work with. We recently purchased a property and Gwido made it so easy. We never felt pressured at any point and Gwido always took the time to ensure we understood the next steps or what to expect. It is obvious that he enjoys what he does and that makes a huge difference in the process.

From the first meeting with Gwido back in 2009, our experience has been nothing but positive. We were aware how important it was down here to pick your agent very carefully because of the lack of regulations over who can represent themselves as a realtor. We knew from Gwido's credentials that we were in good hands. We looked at close to 30 houses over two years before making our decision. Gwido was patient throughout the whole process. Not only did Gwido make the whole house purchase seamless but he also helped us with our electricity hook-up and taxes while we were out of the country. Our house title came in a short period of time which was reassuring. The words we would use to describe Gwido's qualities are honesty, integrity, patience and always being pleasant and professional. Along with Kelly's smiling face, they make the perfect team. Gwido, Kelly and Gwido Mar are our recommendation whether you are looking to rent long term or buy. Hector Mar sold us our home in San Ignacio several years back and has been managing the property (when we're out of the country) ever since. A professional and flexible native Belizean, Hector has a solid grasp on North American culture and is an excellent no-hassle resource for anyone looking to buy or rent in Belize.

Hector has been great to work with over the years. We purchased property in 2007 and from time to time, he would help us pay our taxes and answer questions we had about activity in the area. So when we decided to sell, I asked Hector to represent us. His knowledge of the area and experience helped things go as smoothly as possible. His communication is great and he's a joy to work with!

Gwido is very knowledgeable about R E. He went out of his way to help us find a home in San Ignacio. All paperwork and documents went smoothly and even after everything is done , he still continues to help us with remodeling and contracts. Excellent service.
